 Franklin M. Steer | Probably taken prior to the Civil War. His wife Mollie (Dutton) Steer's sisters Lida & Lizzie Dutton along with Cousin Sarah Steer published the underground newspaper "The Waterford News" during the Civil War in support for the Union cause.
