Scalloped Potatoes

1 Onion

3-4 Rashers Bacon

300 mls Cream

Salt & Pepper to taste

Peel and thinly slice enough potatoes to half fill a good sized serving dish. Make one layer on the bottom of the dish. Add a layer of fenely chopped onions sprinkled on, and a layer of scattered, chopped bacon. Salt & Pepper to taste. Add another layer of potatoes, then pour over enough cream to almost cover the layers. Cover and bake in oven for approx. 1 hour at 350�F. Uncover and cook a further 5 min to brown the top.
