Bananas Foster

1/2 Cup Brown Sugar (packed)
   Bananas sliced
1/2 stick Butter
1/3 Cup Orange Juice
1 1/2 tsp. Brandy Extract
   Vanilla Ice Cream
   Dash of Cinnamon
   Caramel Syrup (or Chocolate)
   Chocolate leaves (optional)

Bring butter, sugar, orange juice, and brandy extract to a simmer, boin in skillet over medium heat until caramellized.  Place bananas in skillet and stir until bananas are coated, but not cooked.  Place the bananas on a saucer, sprinkle cinnamon, add scoop of ice cream, and drizzle flavor sauce over the top. (optional) Garnish with a chocolate leaf.
