Party Pizza

1 lb sausage
1 lb Velvetta
1 small jar taco sauce
1 pkg. party rye bread

Directions:
1. Cook sausage and drain
2. Cut up cheese and melt in sausage
3. Add taco sauce to flavor
4. Lay bread slices on a baking sheet
5. Spoon mixture onto bread slices
6. Bake at 350 until bubbly

Note: You may freeze before baking.  Reheat from frozen state at 325 for about 15 min. or until bubbly.
Sausage Balls    

1 lb. sausage
2 c. cheese (grated)
2 1/2 c. Bisquick

1.  Combine all ingredients
2.  Mix with clean hands until well blended
3.  Form into 1" balls
4.  Place in shallow baking pan
5.  Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes

Yield: about 60 balls

Note: May be frozen before baking.
Baby Quiche

Dough:
3 oz. Cream Cheese
1 stick margarine
1 cup flour

Directions:
1. Mix cream cheese and margarine together then add flour and chill.
2. Spray Pam in mini muffin pan.
3. Press small ball of dough into each cup.

Filling:
1/4 cup grated swiss cheese
4 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup chopped ham
1 cup half & half
2 eggs

Directions:
1. Combine cheese, ham and onion and put small amount into each cup.
2. Mix eggs and half & half and fill cups 2/3 full.
3. Bake at 425 for 10 min.

May be frozen after cooking.  Reheat in 325 oven until warm.
Party Mix

1/4 cup margarine
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
8 cups cereal squares (Kellogg's Crispix)
1 cup nuts
1 cup pretzels

Directions:
In a small microwave-safe bowl melt margarine..
Add dry seasonings and Worcestershire sauce and mix.
Combine cereal, nuts, and pretzels in a large microwave-safe bowl.
Pour the margarine mixture over the cereal and toss to evenly coat.
Microwave on high for 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.
Cool on newspaper covered with layer of paper towels.
When cool, store in airtight container or zip top bag.
Serves 12-15
