1 box vanilla wafers , crushed � C. melted butter � C. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed 1 C. powdered sugar 1 tsp. Lemon extract 1 C. chopped nuts Mix all together and form into small balls Roll in granulated sugar and store in airtight container |

| Coconut-Honey Balls
1 C. butter or margarine � C. Sugar 1 tsp. Vanilla extract 1 tsp. almond extract 2 C. sifted flour 1 C. finely chopped pecans 1 C. flaked coconut Cream butter; add sugar, vanilla and almond extract. Add sifted flour pecans and coconut and mix. Shape dough into balls using 1 tsp. for each. Place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350 for 15-18 min. until light brown. Place on cooling racks and cool for 5 minutes before glazing. Glaze � C. honey 1/3 C. pineapple juice 2 tsp. Vinegar 2 Tbsp. Butter Place ingredients in small sauce pan and simmer for 5 minutes. Dip balls in glaze and return to cooling racks to set up. |
