September's Fellowship was scheduled for 8pm. More than 50% of the members
in the mailing list failed to inform me whether they were attending or not
in spite of reminders. This made co-ordinating the food and organising the
fellowship difficult.
Those present at September's Fellowship were Annie & Bash, Aileen, Charmaine & Danny, Irene & Gabriel, Linda, Roy and Lawrence.
After dinner, we discussed our plans for the Christmas caroling. Caroling practise will start on 1st November 2003 (Saturday). We will be learning some new songs this year.
Our tentative plan is to have Christmas caroling at members' and friends' homes on Saturday, 13 December 2003. We will go to the needy homes on 14 December 2003. Suggestions on the homes we should bring Christmas cheer to would be appreciated. I suggest visiting the retired nuns at IJ Convent. The last time we went there, they were so happy to see us. If your friends would like us to bring Christmas cheer to them, please let me know soonest. Please spread the word that those who wish to join us for Christmas caroling are most welcome.
Musical director for the group is Lionel. Gabriel is the choir master and Linda is the choir mistress.
After the caroling discussion, we held several other discussion in different groups. The fellowship ended at around midnight.
