Those present at May's Pot-Luck Fellowship were Andrew & Linda and Charmaine &
Danny.
Due to the small number of members and also the absence of David & Pat, we postponed the discussion on a topic called "To Create Awareness Of Understanding Each Other". The screening of the movie on Blessed Faustina Kowalski was also postponed till we have a larger number of members present.
We were very happy that Andrew and Linda could finally join us in our fellowship. We talked about our working experiences, our experiences with various government agencies, etc. I think we all discovered that we have a lot in common whether we are married, about to be married or involved in a relationship. In fact, even singles can identify with all of us.
It was proposed we hold a sporting event possibly a game of bowling in the near future. I would like to ask for feedback from the rest of the members. So, please email me.
I created a Yahoo Group where members can communicate with each other more effectively at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/hereiamlord_group for the RCIA candidates and Catholics. However, due to certain issues, I have decided to transfer the site to MCG from June 2003. So, please sign up to the site so that we can communicate with each other better. The web site at www.geocities.com/hereiamlord2003 will also be transferred to MCG from June 2003.
Fellowship ended at around 11.15pm.
In spite of the low number of members who attended, I think the fellowship still achieved what it set out to achieve, bring friends closer to each other. We look forward to next month's fellowship where more new members are expected to join us. Our humble abode is truly blessed by such wonderful people dropping by.
