Untitled Chapter seven After two days of self pitying Danny figured Dougie was right. He could not spend the rest of his days thinking about Hayley. He had to get over her, for the bands sake. Of course he didn�t know how he was going to get over her so he called the one and only: �Mum?� �Danny? Hi sweetie� �Yeah hi�How are everyone?� �We�re all great. We miss you though, won�t you come visit soon?� �Yeah, sure thing but mum�I need some advise.� �Ok, �bout what?� �Girl troubles�� Danny said hesitating. � Go on honey� Mrs Jones encouraged him. �What would you do if a girl you dated told you she only started dating you cause�well you�re in McFly, and that she already has a boyfriend and was only in it for the fame?� �Well that�s kinda awful�� �Yeah, but now she says she really likes you and wanted to be honest with you just cause she cares so much about you.� �Well that depends. Do you think she�s telling the truth?� �Well�Yeah� �Ok, then you have to ask yourself how much you really like her. Are you ready to overlook her mistake? And if you are, do you think it�s, she�s, worth it?� �Dunno�� �Well think about it. Everyone makes mistakes you know. I�m sure every thing will work out for the best� �Thanks mum� �You�re welcome dear.� �Gotta go, I�ll see you soon. Bye� Danny hung up the phone and turned around, to his surprise, facing Harry. �Dude! Calling your mum for advise?� �Yeah she�s got great advise, for every situation� Danny defended himself. �Yeah I know. Don�t misunderstand, if I�d have a problem I�d call her too but getting caught doin� it? Real smooth Danny� �So�?� �So what?� Danny asked. �What�d she say?� �That I needed to ask myself if she�s worth it.� �Well..?� �I dunno�� �Danny, you�ve been spending the last few days crying over her, I think she might be worth taking a chance on.� �Yeah, but she hasn�t shown any more interest in me� Danny sighed. �Maybe she doesn�t think I�m worth it�And I never cried.� The next day Harry and Danny were walking to their apartment. �Yeah� laughed Danny. �And do you remember that time when� �Danny�� Harry interrupted and pointed ahead. Hayley was sitting by their door waiting for them to get home. �I�ll leave you alone� Harry said and went over to Tom and Dougie�s apartment. �Hayley�What are you doin� here?� Danny asked accusingly. �Well there�s something I wanna tell you�� Danny unlocked the door. �You wanna come inside?� he asked. �Yeah�� she answered. �What�d you wanna tell me?� Danny asked when they got inside. �I broke up with my boyfriend. I know that doesn�t change anything but I just wanted to tell you. I would never forgive myself if I gave this up without a fight, we really hit it off� she said and looked right into Dannys eyes. �We did� Danny said avoiding her gaze. He knew he would melt all too fast if he would look her in the eye. �I just wanna ask you one thing�� �Go ahead� Danny said looking through the mail. �Is there anything I coulgd say or do to get to be property of Danny Jones again?� she asked. Danny turned around and faced her. �I suppose there is� he said calmly. �What?� she asked and her face lit up with possibility to get him back. �Kiss me� he answered, well aware of what a girly answer that was. �Now that I could do� she smiled at him and stepped closer. She placed her hands around his neck and pulled him in closer; she got up on her toes and lightly placed her lips on his. She ran her hands through his hair and slowly deepened the kiss. Danny wrapped his arms around her and ran his hands down her back. He placed his hands on her hips and pulled her in as close as possible. When the kiss broke Danny whispered �you�re so worth it� and looked deep into her eyes. �What?� she asked confused. �Nothing� he said and kissed her again. Back |
