What It Means to be a Good Neighbor

We all face a lot of pressure these days between work and home life. If you are like most people, you work too many hours and then get home with little energy to take care of the stuff that you're really working for in the first place. However, it's important for the curb appeal of our community and our property values that we all make an effort to maintain our property and make it attractive.

Our community has binding, legally enforceable convenants and restrictions that help us to maintain a uniform appearance and prevent eyesores. There are currently several violations in our community. These include things like:

-- Leaving trash on the lawn
-- Parking on the lawn
-- Unrepaired garage panels
