I purchased the car through ebay for what I considered a reasonable price. The car was located in Indiana but lived it's first 30 years of it life in Texas. These are the original pictures I had received from the owner through ebay.

I was extremely excited to finally get another 2nd Gen Camaro. The first 2nd Gen I ever owned was a maroon 76' in Highschool. I had to wind up giving it away because of lack of funds and cried when it was gone. I have been looking a long time for another 2nd gen, especially an early 2nd. It's nearly impossible to find a nice 2nd gen in my area let alone an early 2nd. Maryland is too far in the rust belt to find nice ones. As you can see, the interior was in a sad state of disrepair. I have currently gutted the interior completely and have begun the proccess of redoing some bad spots on the floor pans. Surprisingly there is absolutely no rust on the floor whatsoever. In a couple of spots there were puncture and drills holes that needed repaired.
Futre plans for the interior?? A nearly 100% completely new interior has been ordered and I am waiting on it. As you can see the front seats are not original and are going to be replaced. Not sure on what will go there, stock or after market?? Not Sure
I had the car shipped in from Indiana on an open insured trailer. It cost me a lot less than what you would think. $300.00 to be exact. One of first first things I purchsed for the Camaro was a car cover. I'm unfortunate enough not to have a garage at the moment. That Camaro looks good even when it's covered!!
Future plans for the exterior are new wheels and tires and a new paint job. I hate the skinny white stripes

OK, here's about where I am at right now. Everything taken out minus a few thing. all the little drill holes patched and the complete bottom coated with zero rust. The 4 speed hole will be covered as this is going back to the original auto trans.

Well, since out of the last 50 days, 39 of them were raining, I haven't had much to do with the car. So I redid the instrument bezel. The pictures don't show how nice it turned out. Tell me what you think.
