Notes:
A good episode, once again dealing with the aftermath of 9/11. This time it has to do with the pain loved ones went through and are still going through to this day. Unfortunately, it was rather lukewarm that didn't have enough fire or pizzazz to make it great. The only good part would be the continuing argument between Serena, Arthur, and Jack about the Constitution and its role in today's society.

The ending was good in terms of going from the rich exec to the computer programmer and fiance. But it seems to be a redundant strategy which they use these days. I'd wish they stick with the defendant on trial and have some explosive ending with a verdict or confession or better yet a hung jury.

This is the first time we've seen a friend of Arthur's get in some kind of trouble. I paid close attention to this ep to see how it would be done in comparison to the classics we saw with Adam's friends in trouble. However, unlike the previous instances, there was no direct scene between Arthur and Hagen. The only thing we got was Arthur receiving a phone call from the attorney, which he hung up, and turning away the champagne at the end. I would have prefered something with Arthur and Hagen meeting directly like we had with Adam and his friends. For the record, I'm still disappointed we never got to see a friend of Nora's get in trouble and seeing how she would handle the situation.

All in all, a decent ep intertwining recent events and new technology, but more could have been done.
