Notes: What exactly is the title anyway? This is the first time there have been two titles? I would have gone with "Monkey See, Monkey Die."

Remember the season 6 ep about the horse that died at the stable? At first, that seemed to be a laugher of an ep. But it turned out to being a good one. I think this version was up to par with "Corpus Delicti." I liked the fact they took an unusual case and made it interesting by keeping us in suspense by having the trial flowing well. Compared to last week's ep where the trial part was like scratching a chalkboard, this one kept moving with a silly defense and witnesses who were telling us about the human traits of monkeys.

I liked having repeat offender David Wolos Fonteno "Sanctuary" being the judge. I guess they will do this from now on of having past guests as judges. The second defense attorney was good in being both manipulative but charming.

All we needed was for the defense to call in Bob Barker to the stand and charm the jury with his presence. I could see it now, the clerk saying "Bob Barker, come on down! You're the next witness in the NY Supreme Court!"

Overall, I thought this ep was better than I had expected. Good story and performance.
