Notes:

I had a feeling this was going to be a dud compared to the beginner on SVU.  From where I see it, this seemed like a "been there, done that" kind of ep.  One person gets convicted, decides to cough up to the crime (in this case killing the baby), and then tries to get the other down.

While I feel that the performance of Lynda Carter was great, and seeing Benson front and center on L&O was something to behold, I simply feel this is one where there was no steak and all sizzle.  I didn't see anything compelling.  It was rather just a run through the mill episode that didn't entirely impress me.

One quick side note.  I got a chance to see "E-Ring" before L&O with Benjamin Bratt for the first time.  From what I saw, I was very impressed with his performance and of the show overall.  With this, JH on "Crossing Jordan" and Chris Noth back on CI, I can safely say that I yearn for the glory days once again.  They simply aren't there now.  This was an example of poor writing, poor direction, and poor use of interacting SVU with L&O.
