Notes:

If there is one thing which everyone must take from this ep its that Arthur Branch is one tough dude who won't roll over for anyone. Clearly this was his best performance! I'd like to see more of this from him since its clear we haven't had any of this kind of strong leadership from the DA since the Adam Schiff days. Those who have been calling for Branch to leave, you need to see this performance as proof that he is more than just a reaction to 9/11. Here is a man who was willing to put his own career and reputation on the line to do what was right. Bravo!

The duel between Skoda and Olivet was just as good as it was in Killerz . It was interesting to see the newest defense crop up, too much estrogen or struggling to make it in a man's world. The only disappointment was TPTB didn't spend too much time about the financial motive or background. This would have been better had the feds been involved, maybe Abby making an appearance.

Lucie Arnaz and Fred Grandy were great as guests, two people we remember from the 60's and 70's. I was also impressed with the woman who played Scott's daughter. Her scene with Arthur was great. Do you think there might be some Emmy nominations possible?

As for the title, I'm still personally opposed to the title due to it being too vulgar and strong, even at 10 pm. Some other ideas I came up with would be Diva, Wicked, and Cover Up.

A great way to portray the Martha Stewart situation without being a xerox copy of reality. Hopefully, Martha didn't see this and won't sue TPTB. Now we get two weeks of reruns from this season.
