Notes:
This was a sort of unusual of L&O because the pattern basically went by the 4 sections: L,O,L, and O. This is a departure from the usual L in the first 2 sections and the O in the other 2 sections.

I liked it, but am a little hesitant to give this a very high grade because there seemed to some elements missing. One particular question would be to give a little more background about this person and why he was in New York in the first place when this ep began. I also wanted to find out what happened to the Russian who was acquitted. Was he in any part responsible about this? Finally, I would have liked to see how the FBI or any gov't agency responded to this charge about them killing this woman.

Great to see Andrew McCarthy as a defense counsel and Patankin also. Interesting to see Lennie and Ed head to Montreal to find this fugitive.

Finally, I'm a little disappointed this ended up with another deal in place. I would have prefered a verdict or a hung jury.
