This is something I wrote to one of my dear friends back around June. Its a very interesting collection of thoughts between the two of us and about crushes. Yes, they suck and yes, I still have crushes. . . unfortunately. This whole e-mail was just too beautiful to not share with whoever reads this.--peace.

I was just
thinking of things and I wanted to share them with someone, I was wondering if
you ever felt this way or understand how i am feeling. . . Have you ever
felt not good enough for someone. . . like
you were being pulled toward them but then when they came near you you just
never felt like you were worthy of their presence.
You were happy to be around them when you could but afterward no matter
how much fun you had together or how much you had in common you just felt like
something was standing in between you, kinda like he had all of the answers and
you were still searching and when you found them he would be waiting right there
to congratulate you on your findings. Have you ever had such a strong
intellectual attractions that you can't see the color of their eyes past the
intelligent conversation. And even
though you make constant eye contact with them you are still blinded by their
words and you cant notice their eyes. When
you are talking you cant concentrate on anything else than the things that care
coming out of thier mouth and that is all you want to think about, is the things
that they are saying. You want to
make those words your own, like you wished they had come out of your mouth but
you knew that even if you said those exact words that they would have never had
as much meaning. And even with such
an intellect came a sense of humor that you always wanted to be around.
But yet you still walked away feeling like less of a person then the
other. This person seems so perfect
for you, friendly, funny, smart, attractive but you know he will never look your
way because you are divided by beliefs and decisions.
Have you ever felt like there was this one person who was so perfect for
you. . . if you were someone else.Sorry,
I am having one of those days. Its
been a really weird week. I just
had some random thoughts and needed to share them with someone.
I hope you don't mind my ramblings on.
I feel icky on the inside today and just thought i would share it with
someone. I really didn't know who
else to share it with. and i
figured you would appreciate my thoughts. i
just feel really not worthy of anybody right now.
But tomorrow is another day and maybe by then i wont be in this funk. I know its kinda longs but things just kept popping into my
head. I will see ya this weekend.

well that was
definately an eyeful that you sent me. that was the clearest way i think that i
have ever heard someone express themselves. i'm not sure howevery that i have
ever felt most of the ways that you desribed but at the same time i think that I
may have in the haze of infatuation or being in love. you should not feel as
though you do not matter to anyone b/c you matter so very much to me and i'm
sure lots and lots of other people as well. sweetie that very near death
experience that you had is proof that you are still here for a very important
and special reason. you may not know what it is yet. but you will. this world
needs people like you. i need a friend like you. you are so caring and
considerate of others and you always do whatever you can to make others happy
and sometimes you don't do enough to make yourself happy as a result of trying
so hard for others and you so very much deserve it. you are an awesome person
and you deserve the very best of happiness and anyone that doesn't see what an
amazing and wonderful person you are isn't worthy of knowing you anyway. i
definately understand what you feel sometimes when a person says something so
powerful or smart and intrigueing that you wish that you had said it yourself
but have you ever stopped to think that it could very possibly be happening to
the other people around you in regards to you? i believe that we all have a
special effect on at least one person during each day whether it's just a look
or a smile or a sentence we allaffect other
people daily in a way that makes them feel special or rich just from knowing us.
i truly believe that about you definately there is so much power and passion in
everything that you say it makes me jealous b/c i wish that i was as passionate
about at least one thing in my life that equaled to how passionate you are about
everything. it's inspiring to me and i hope that one day it will rubb off on me.
and you are such a happy person your energy is enough for 10 people and that is
sooooo great it makes me more bubbly when i'm around you and i could've just
woke up and feel energized just by being around you.see how great you are? it's
amazing the clarity that comes to people in the wee hours of the morning isn't
it? i hope to hear from you soon and i hope that i have maybe helped to rescue
you from your "funk" i know what a pain the ass those damn things can
be

These are just my opinions, I know a lot of people probably won't agree with me on my top ten lists but these are mine. There are usually very personal reasons for each of the songs that are on mine and usually I end of listening to them time after time for a specific reason meaning that they should be in my top ten for the time being.
