Update Class List Page-I will assign you a letter or two, and send you that page of names to verify addresses phone numbers, etc.
Design initial flyer, to be mailed to the visitor list from last reunion.
Fundraising ideas for the next year
If you still live in the Austin area, which one of the fundraisers would you be interested in:
Class Garage Sale
Cow Patty Bingo,
of course for this we need a classmember to loan us their cow/horse for a day. For this we sell tickets for a little square and if the cow poops in their square they win. This could make us like $2,500.00
Raffle Tickets
, items would be subject to what we could get donated from classmates or businesses around McCallum
Mums/Memoriabilia
to sell at McCallums homecoming (mums prior to homecoming, beginning of next school year)
OTHER

If you are a caterer or know one that could give us a discount
Food
(hotdogs) if we have a family picnic at Northwest or Citypark, I would prefer we bbq, so people dont have to bring their own lunch. Those out of town guests will have so much to do and so little time to do it in.
