Hey. OK, so Mac isn't my real name. I was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pa in a section called Logan. It was the absolute best place to grow up. In the 60s and 70s, it was a safe and unspoiled haven. I went to Holy Child School, was brought up in a Catholic background and let loose on a world that was only too happy to kick my ass. Don't get me wrong, despite all of life's crap, it's still good. But nothing will ever top growing up with my friends and family in Philly. Dad wasn't kidding when he said these are the best years of your life. Goddamn! Make sure you scroll down to the bottom to get all the stuff I put on here... be well... squibbly flabbly doo!!!

The always beautiful yours truly around '74. Looks like 'nam,  but here I am chillin' out on the Windrim side of Logan Station. Toughskins Rule.
Dedicated to my brother and friend Jimmy. His humor and prescence will be sorely missed.
Uhwuh, uhwuh, uhwuh...

Looking south on Broad at Rockland around Thanksgiving, 1953. Eleven Christmases later, I'd be walking home under the holiday decorations from Holy Child to Wyoming Avenue.

Anyone familiar with Lindley and Windrim Avenue can also see Ben's Variety Store on the far right. Mitchells Diner is hidden under the darkness  of the bridge. Again, 1953....

Holy Child School graduating class of 1972. Victor Francis (front row, left) flipping the photo man the bird. Double cool that the picture ended up in the Parish Calendar. That's me, 3rd row right on the end. I got bangs!
