• Troubleshoot one computer using approved tools
• Repair any operating system issues (boot issues, blue screens, etc.) using approved tools
• Remove all viruses and spyware on the computer using approved tools
• Apply all operating system critical updates
• Remove any unneeded startup items and unneeded programs
• Test operating system for proper functionality
• Conduct a physical cleaning of the computer
• Provide you with an estimated cost for any hardware repair(s) or upgrade(s) needed to provide a complete solution, if necessary.
• Troubleshoot one computer using approved tools
• Test all software and hardware installed on the device for proper functionality
• Provide you with an estimated cost for repair(s) or upgrade(s) needed to provide a complete solution
• Note: Repair service is not included.

Note: Does not include computer repair.
When setting up your computer, I will:
• Physically set up one PC or Mac computer system, including the computer plus monitor, keyboard, mouse and speakers
• Organize wires and cables with your cable ties (ties not included)
• Install one new software application (software not included)
• Install one peripheral or external device (device not included)
• Configure your new computer to access your existing Internet account and one existing e-mail account
• Test your computer to make sure it is functioning properly
• Note: Setup excludes moving or removing an existing computer system.
When performing a one-time data backup or transfer, I will:
• Back up or transfer your computer data to another medium (e.g., CD or DVD, internal or external hard drive, network-attached storage or another computer)
• Import the data into an installed program or location (when performing a data transfer)
• Note: File transfer includes up to 9.4GB of data; larger amounts of data can be accommodated for an additional charge. Applications cannot be transferred. I can provide a CD or DVD for backup, and I am authorized to use an external hard drive for on-site data backup assistance.
• Excludes nontransferable applications and programs.
• Data backup/transfer service excludes recovering any lost data.
Services have a 30-day labor warranty, but are not returnable after the services have been performed.
Services at Your Work/Home: A person of at least 18 years of age must be present when services are provided. Must have full access to the product(s) to be serviced, access to your residence, your consent and cooperation to enter your residence or business, and a safe working environment, working space and electrical power.
Back-Up Your Data: I will NOT back up any data on your product unless you specifically request to do so prior to the performance of any service for an additional fee. It is your responsibility to back-up the data, software, information or other files stored on your product, prior to requesting service.
Labor Warranty: I guarantee services provided to you at your home or business for 30 days; however, for repairs necessitated by a virus or spyware, the 30-day warranty is only valid if the antivirus and antispyware protection for your product is installed or updated during the repair or before you again connect to the Internet. If there is a problem with the service provided to you at my workplace I will work to remedy your original problem quickly and at no additional cost.
Remote Support: I may use tools I deem necessary to repair your computer, such as remote access to your computer.
Software: I may install software on your computer that allows you to obtain additional technology services.
Product Pick-Up: If I pick up your product for the purpose of performing a requested service(s) at my work location and any damage or loss occurs with respect to your product while in my possession or control, regardless of causation or fault, you are only entitled to replacement of the product.
Limitation of Remedy: To the extent permitted by law, you agree that MY total liability for damages related to my services is limited to the total amount you pay for the services, and you release ME from liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. I AM NOT LIABLE FOR LOSS, ALTERATION, OR CORRUPTION OF ANY DATA OR LOSS OF ANY MEDIA FROM YOUR PRODUCT.
