10 years from now is really unpredictable because we all know that future is uncertain besides this we all have some goals. So my goal for next 10 year is to enhance my skills for a level where people would know me because of my skills and working style and get some motivation from my progress. I would continue to be in the field of Human Resource Management working for a good company wherein the company and the people consider me as a good employee. I would be in a position where my decisions hold value and people look upto me for guidance and most important I would be happy with whatever I am doing.
