This picture was taken when she was in foal in the winter of 2002. I am currently in the process of selling that foal but I hope to put a picture of it up soon.

| Bertasnip is a 1984 Chestnut mare. She has had six foals and three for our farm. Two of her foals Enduring Freedom, and Skip Into My Shadow are on this site. She may not be the most polished of all horses but she throws some of the most desirable babies on the market. The color of her foals generally comes from the stallion but she passes on the flat kneed smooth loping traits that all riders want. She will let her foals eat before she does and is always very loving. At our farm we have never witnessed her foaling because she has had so many and has never had the slighest of difficulty or defect in her offspring.
