| Pseudotropheus Hongi 'Red Top' I have four of these fish. They squabble amoungst themselves quite a lot but the fights never get nasty. The dominant male of this species (pictured) dominates my tank. As you can see from the picture they have lovely markings. Pseudotropheus Acei 'Yellow Tail' These were the final fish to go into my tank. They have a lovely shimmer and a great contrast in colours. They are quite peaceful and I haven't yet seen them fight. I have four of them, all together in the picture, left. Bristlenose Pleco I have one brislenose pleco called spike. He does a great job keeping my tank clear of algae and other rubbish. He seems to enjoy just sitting on my piece of bogwood. Synodontis Multiplicantus He is quite timid but comes into his own at night. He is only about 3cm long at present but will in the end grow to around 17cm (7 in). He hides away a lot but is getting braver every day. I have named him spot for obvious reasons. |

| News I will use this section to write about the latest things happening in my tank. March 25th 19:56 I have finally finished stocking my tank with fish. At the moment they all seem to be getting along fine. The tank still seems empty as all the fish are still juveniles, the biggest being 3cm long. I have just finished creating this website and I hope you have enjoyed looking at it. Not much else has happened, I'll update this when it does. April 6th 11:52 I added a fluval 304 onto my tank yesterday for extra filtration as my ammonia levels were slowly creeping up. It seems to have sorted out the problems already. It's great. The instructions were easy to follow and you can't even hear it when it's running. So far I'm really pleased with it. |
