Willie Stargell smacked 2 homeruns and had 7 RBI as the Brentwood Bearcats
smashed the overmatched Hinckley Buzzards, 16 to 1.

Stargell was in a groove all day. He blasted a two-run home run in the 1st
inning, clubbed a three-run home run (his 31st of the season) in the 3rd
inning and slapped a base-hit which was good for two runs in the 6th inning.
Brentwood kept the scorekeepers busy in the 7th inning with 5 runs.
Brentwood simply wore out the Hinckley pitching staff, scoring in 6 different
innings.

Kevin Brown(12-2) picked up the victory, allowing 1 run in 6 and 2/3 innings.
