In a tight game it was the North Eaton Posy DagGumits 9, the Lake Erie Mohawks
7 at Network Asc Coliseum.

Smoky Burgess had a big day against Lake Erie. He smacked a three-run homer
(his 3rd of the season) in the 6th inning and doubled resulting in a run in
the 8th inning. North Eaton finished with 10 hits in the victory.

The win went to Akinori Otsuka(3-0) who allowed no runs in 1 and 2/3 innings.
Otsuka was helped out by Charlie Sweeney who recorded his 1st save. Dick
Hughes(1-1) was tagged with the loss in relief.
