Behavior Plan
All students cards begin on green.  This means they have had a great day!
The second color is yellow.  Their individual card is moved  to this color  after several warnings (2 to 3) from me regarding specific behavior that is unacceptable in the classroom, lunchroom, etc.  If moved to yellow, they have contributed to the class not receiving a marble for a good day.
The third color is orange. Their individual card is moved to this color after 2 more warnings from me regarding specific behavior they are exhibiting in the classroom.  If moved to orange, they must complete a five minute consequence enforced by me.  When they feel they are ready to join us and follow the rules, they rejoin class activities  and let me know how they are going to change the exhibited behavior.
The fourth and final color card is  red. When moved  to this last color, I will be making a phone call  to your home or work  to inform you of what is going on.  If I am unable to reach you, I will leave you a message as well as send a note home in your child's planner.
