Michael's Nightmare Mickel

The Last Nightmare

"Where am I?" Michael said softly "The last thing I can remember is being with Blare in a graveyard."  "It feels like I'm in a box!" Michael said to himself. Michael put his hands and feet on the roof of the box and pushed. "Urggg!" Michael shouted as he pushed the heavy roof off the box. "Ouch!" Michael screeched when something rolled on top him. "What is this!" Michael screamed as he looked at Blare's  mutilated corpse resting on top of him. He got up and started sprinting out of the graveyard. He too stumbled the bottomless grave Blare had once fallen into.

Michael landed in a cave, far under ground.  He got up and looked around for away out.  After following the cave's path for over an hour, he was about to gave up.  Suddenly, he saw a flicker of light.  "It must be a way out!" Michael rejoiced.  He ran towards it and sure enough there was a door. He was so happy he could cry but if he knew where it would lead he would rather die in that cave.

When he entered the room he immediately got the feeling he was being watched. "Who's there?" Michael questioned while trembling with fear. There was no reply. He started to walk down a long passageway with paintings on the walls that seemed to move.

For each second that went by, Michael got more and more fearful. Finally, he reached a book case.  "This could be a secret way out, and that means if I pull one of these books it will open the book case" Michael informed himself.  He pulled every single book out before he got to the lever, the book case opened and he went in.

When he entered he found himself in some sort of study room.  "I must be in the house beside the graveyard" he said. Michael started to look around.   He arrived in a parlor surrounded by painting that seemed to stare at him, just as Blare had thought. Frightened and intent he ran to the door and tried to open it.  To his disappointment, it was locked from the inside as well as the outside.  A man appeared beside Michael and simply asked, "Why are you trespassing in my house?"

After that night no one ever saw Michael, Blare, or the old man ever again.  The police checked the house and graveyard to search for Blare after her parents had found the note she left but they found nothing.  Some say the old man killed Michael and moved to a more discrete location, others say the creature killed the old man and Michael.  What ever truly happened though, I leave unto your imagination.

I am the gate guardian of this realm, do you wish to return home?
