| TOP LAYER This is the top layer of lettuce growing. There are no windows in the grenhouse as the Sun does not shine here for nearly 7 months. I've heard rumor that we have had some of the items in our Dining Facility. |
| More Mature Plants Notice how full the plants grow and mature under artificial light conditions. There are fans in all of the rooms to keep air moving which help stimulate growth. |

| Same Plants 1/27/02 Look at the growth of these plants! They have both peppers and flowers by the pound. I tried to take the picture from the same angle and distance. I'm amazed at how well this works. |
