Augusta, so Judy and Mick are getting used to the sound of silence on 16th Avenue. "Mick and I are adjusting to the empty nest," Judy says. For the moment, they probably are enjoying it: They just finished a full summer of travel, first to Quebec -- "It was just super," Judy says-- then to Sarasota, Fla., to visit the Hannas and Grandma. "Grandma looked good," Judy says. "She was her jolly self and really enjoyed being with all of us. It was tough to leave after such a great visit."
COVINGTON -- The family fantasy football league is filling up fast, and that means draft day is around the corner. Because, as Bobby pointed out, the NFL season starts in five days, the draft status of the league has been changed to "ready." Draft day will take place within the next 72 hours, but an exact time has not been assigned. This space will be updated when a date is assigned. So far, eight teams have signed up to play. COLUMBUS, Ga. -- Well, the Walshes have made an even swap with the priests of Notre Dame: Mike has graduated and returned to Georgia, but Molly is now one of the newest residents of South Bend, Ind. She took up residence there a little more than a week ago, Judy wrote in a recent e-mail.
