Sam also is pleased with the milestone; he is now a step or two away from having a bona fide playmate living under the same roof.
Rolling over is just the latest of Ben's tricks. He already has perfected the art of laughter, and he talks up a storm whenever engaged in conversation. He also gets great enjoyment out of standing on his own two feet, with a little assistance.

COVINGTON-- In sports, an old saying goes, a team must avoid peaking too early.   Wolfpack, coached by Liz, and strange- brew, coached by Betsy and Shane, took that advice to heart last week.
In the last game before the family fantasy football league playoffs begin, both teams posted more points than any other this year.

strangebrew beat the old record, set by MikefromND, by scoring 113.10 points, but Wolfpack one-upped them with a 122.32-point effort.
Sustaining that kind of output will be critical when playoffs start next week. Here's how the post-season schedule looks:

COVINGTON, La. -- At four months and one day old, Benjamin has decided that a lack of mobility is for the birds.

Mike and Elena were chatting nearby, however, and missed the action.
"Hey, Ben rolled over!" Lanie said upon spying Ben on his tummy.
Since then, he has performed his little trick a number of times, and although Lanie has

COLUMBIA, Mo -- A voice from the frozen Midwest:
"In case anyone's watching The Weather Channel, just letting you know I'm alive,"
Katy wrote in an e-mail on Monday.
"I'm also at work. Hopefully, I will not be trapped here by the encroaching freezing rain storm."
All other residents of the great, white north are encouraged to check in soon!

MY KIND OF TOWN: They both live hundres of miles from their hometown of New Orleans, but Katy and Bridget -- now living in Columbia, Mo., and Chicago, respectively -- live close enough to each other to make occasional visits to the other's new home. The highlight of Katy's recent trip to Chicago, Bridget says, was her chance to spit in Lake Michigan. Classy dames, these.
