Poptop innards 2

There was some kind of smooth cream-colored coating applied to the inside of the top after the fabric was installed - it slops up against the edge of the clamping channels.
Here's one of the hinge mounts from the inside.  I can't understand why there was no reinforcement here - somebody apparently put a washer on one of them, but you can see where the other two screws pulled right through the fiberglass.
The seal for the glass windows.  Apart from the gap between the ends, this is a really clever piece of rubber.  What appears to be a light-colored line is actually in interlocking section of rubber which has been disengaged from its locked position (to which it returns in the right-hand end of the picture).  The dark section of rubber below the interlock can now be retracted "into" the bidy of the seal and allow the glass to be removed.  I sure hope the replacement piece works this way.
Mr. Stauffer made and installed the screens for the vents.  They were to be partly opened via velcro to reach the vent operating mechanisms - unfortunately discarded.
