| All of or heads turned to the stairway. We possesioned ourselves ready to fight Kain and to protect Venessa. Venessa, "I'm fighting too. I won't let him open the gates!" Zinion, " Alright, becareful. I got your back." Vetrievian, " Hahaha...... (and I got yours Zinion)" We waited for Kain to enter. Nothing, not a sound of steps were heard, not even the sound of him moving the stone to enter. We all knew Kain was smarter then to attack head on, so we all looked at eatch other, and then our eyes went torwards the ceiling. What happened next was unexpected. Kain was much smarter then to come from the ceiling. As our eyes looked upon the ceiling, a loud noise came from the ground, right behind Venessa..... Venassa, "Zinion!!!" .....It was Kain coming out of the floor and he grabbed Venessa and started to drink from her to the last drop. I quickly made move to stop him. Kain's eyes wre closed while drinking from Venessa, but as I approached him, his eyes opened and he stopped drinking from Venessa and punched me sending me flying towards the wall. His punch was stronger then before, why? because of the blood of Venessa was making him stronger. Kain immediatly started to drink from her again. The others flew towards Kain to attack him, but he used one of his powers to send everyone flying back, including Vetrievian, Davytria, and Ravahl. By the time I got back on my feet it was too late. Venessa has become strictly pale white. Kain picked her up, and start to take her torwards the cup. I attacked again with all my heart, but he grabbed me by the neck and threw me to the floor. I quickly got up on my feet again, I tried several times to stop him, until he gave a kick i couldn't bair. He was too powerful for me, and i had no energy left in me. I could only watch, watch her die just as I watched Elizabeth die. I slowly saw the last drop of Venessa's blood drip down to the cup, and saw the splash. Kain, then dropped her to the floor, took the cup, and started to drink from it. From here, it was leading us to our doom. |
