New Mayhem is a vampiric city somewhere near Concord, Massachusetts. It is the base of vampiric power in the United States. It is hidden from the human world and is ruled by the most powerful line of vampires, Silver. The original city of Mayhem was burned to the ground about 300 years ago by the human, Kaei, who had been born and raised in the vampiric city. Later, New Mayhem was built to replace it. New Mayhem is the location of the popluar bar, Las Noches.
