Carmel-Banana Syrup

� cup brown sugar
� cup heavy whipped cream
� cup light corn syrup
2 tbsp. Butter
1tsp vanilla
3 bananas ( mashed )

Mix all until butter is melted, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, add bananas and stir gently.


Cheesy Potato Topper


1 cup milk
1 tbsp cornstarch
� tsp dry mustard
1/8 tsp pepper
� cup shredded American cheese
1 pkg. Frozen mixed vegetables ( cooked and drained )
4 medium potatoes ( baked )

Mix milk, cornstarch, mustard and pepper. Cook until bubbly. Add cheese, stir till melted. Mix in vegetables.


Cinnamon-Cider Syrup

1 cup sugar
3 tbsp. Bisquick
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cup apple cider
2tbsp lemon juice
� cup butter

Mix sugar, Bisquick and cinnamon. Stir in cider and juice. Cook until it thickens and boils. Boil and stir 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in butter until melted.


Frosting

2 lbs. Powdered sugar
1 cup Crisco
2/3 cup milk ( a little less )

Blend all.


Honey-Pecan Syrup

� cup honey
� cup toasted pecan halves
� cup butter

Heat all ingredients until butter is melted, stirring occasionally.
