| Potato Soup 10-12 B-sized potatoes 1 carrot 1 rib celery � cup onion 2 tbsp. Butter 1 tsp flour 14 oz. Chicken broth 1 cup milk Steam potatoes until tender. Peel and cut. Saut� carrots, celery and onion in butter. Stir in flour, broth and milk. Add potatoes. Heat but do not boil. |
