| I was suprisingly disappointed in this movie. I know, I saw it like 6 months after it came out on DVD. But, that's cool. However, I thought it was supposed to be a comedy. The previews were hilarious, and I was all psyched up for a comedy. That's not what I got. I understood the plot line. Woman wants girls to be educated women who work instead of becoming a 1950's stereotypical homemaker. She thought they had more potential and tried to show them that they did. They wanted to stick to what they knew, and became homemakers. Though it was an amazing cast and was well written, I think if you are going to have a funny trailer, you had best live up to that trailer. I guess the disappoinment stemmed more from preconceived notions of the film. |
