| As many of you probably don't know, I love the Harry Potter series. More the books then the movies. The movies just give me a sense of what things look like in the books. So, of course I own the first two movies. And I went to see the third movie. First off, I liked the movie. It wasn't my favorite book in the series, but I did enjoy the movie. However, I thought that the movie moved way too fast. And at times, I was a little confused and a little bored. And with that, I was very disappointed. There were things left out in the movie from the book that I thought should have been in there. The things added, like the punching scene and the scene where Harry walks in on McGonagall talking about how Sirus killed Harrys parents were okay. I think they should have stuck a little more closely to the book. I loved Buckbeak and the Care of Magical Creatures book. I would have liked to of seen more of Hogwarts and more of Prof. Trewlaney. Despite my disappointment in the film, I will probably buy the DVD anyway. |
