Cream cheese ( softened ) 1 � cups Bisquick 2/3 cup chocolate chips 1 can cherry pie filling � cup white baking chips 2 tsp. Shortening Mix sugar, almond extract, egg and cream cheese. Mix in Bisquick. Pat down in ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes at 400� Sprinkle chips on crust. Bake until melted. Spread pie filling over chocolate. Heat white chips and shortening. Spread over dessert. Banana-Split Shortcake 2 cups Bisquick 1/3 cup sugar 3 tbsp baking cocoa 3 tbsp butter � cup milk 1 pint vanilla ice cream 1 pkg. Frozen strawberries ( thawed ) 2 bananas � cup hot fudge topping ( heated ) Mix Bisquick, sugar and cocoa. Stir in butter and milk until dough forms. Drop dough in spoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes at 425�. Split shortcakes, fill with toppings. Top with whipped cream. Bread Pudding Nonstick spray coating 2 eggs 2 egg whites 1 � cup milk 2 tbsp. Honey 1 tsp. Vanilla 4 slices raisin bread, cubed Beat eggs, add milk, honey and vanilla. Stir in bread. Pour in sprayed dish. Bake at 325� for 35-40 minutes. Cheesecake 2/3 cup milk 2 tsp vanilla 2 eggs 1 cup sugar � cup Bisquick 2 pkgs. Cream cheese ( cubed and softened ) In blender, mix milk, eggs, sugar and Bisquick for 15 seconds. Add cream cheese. Blend 2 minutes. Bake 40-45 minutes on 350�. Cool 1 hour. Cherry-Almond Pie � cup Bisquick � cup sugar � cup milk 2 tbsp butter � tsp almond extract 2 eggs 1 can cherry pie filling Slivered almonds Stir all but pie filling until blended. Pour into pie plate ( greased ) and spoon filling on top. Bake 30 minutes at 400�. Sprinkle on brown sugar streusel. Bake 10 minutes. Sprinkle with almonds. Brown Sugar Streusel � cup Bisquick � cup brown sugar � tsp ground cinnamon 2 tsp butter. Mix Bisquick and cinnamon. Add butter. With fork, mix until crumbly. Chocolate Chip Kiss Cookies 1 bag Hershey�s Kisses 1 cup butter 1/3 cup sugar 1/3 cup brown sugar 1 tsp. Vanilla 2 cups flour 1 cup chocolate chips Preheat oven 375�. Blend butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla. Add flour and chocolate chips. Shape into balls. Top with Kisses. Bake 10-12 minutes. |
