Panvel at HCP - Ashish

Designed in 1995-96, this is a 1000 Residential Unit housing scheme for different income groups (1 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom &
3 Bedroom apartments) were designed on a site grading towards the river on the Southern side, which was near Bombay - New Bombay Highway in New Bombay. The neighborhood was designed to cater all amenities and services for a mini township.

The team included three Senior Architects and me. My role in the team was to assist the Sr. Architects in design and development of the drawing and make CAD drawings, presentation drawings, alternative apartment designs, 3-D Views and Thermocol study models.
