1. you will email the files as an zip file attachment. A zip file is a compressed file which contains several files within it. 

2. You'll need WinZip (or a similar program; there are free Zip utilities available such as Freezip to extract the files out of the "zip" file. Open the attachment and extract the files.  Remember the location of the extracted files. After extracting the files, read the "Registered readme.txt" file. 

3. Using the Palm Install Tool (that is provided as part of the Palm desktop software), 
install onto your Desktop PC the following 7 files: 
rMincha.pdb 
rMaariv.pdb 
rHamapil.pdb 
rBirkat.pdb 
r7brocha.pdb 
rLevana.pdb 
rYehi.pdb

Open TealDoc on your Palm device.  The files show there.  The first time you open each file, TealDoc will scan it for bookmarks.  If the file shows no bookmarks, you have "Scan for Embedded Bookmarks" turned off in your Preferences. In each file, simply choose "Scan for Bookmarks" from the Marks menu and the Bookmarks will appear.
