| CLEAN + HEAT 1. -Remove any makeup or dirt by washing your face with warm water and a mild cleanser. -While your face is still damp, git rid of dead skin cells by rubbing your face with round granules. (Cream that contains a soft, but gritty substance.) -Rinse it off. -Dampen a hand towel with hot water. -Let the towel sit on your face for about two minutes. PURIFY YOUR PORES 2. -Here's how you get rid of face gunk (aka PIMPLE causer!) Place cotten swabs on either sides of a black or whitehead. -Press the swabs toward each other until the dirt and oil are released. -Splash your face with cool water. TREATMENT TIME 3. -Apply a treatment product (found at any pharmacy), then a mask on top of it. Both should be formulated for you skin type. |

| STOP Split Ends! |
| YEEEHOUCH! All you want to do is brush your hair but no, those nasty split ends is making it practically impossible. Well we have a few quick tips that might help ease your pain! *How long ago was your last trim? If your answer is "last July" or "uh....I dunno" then that probably means that the reason you have split ends is damaged hair. The solution: CUT IT OFF! Even if you're trying to let your hair grow out it's no big deal, just chop off an inch. Trust me, you're hair will be healthier for it! *Splits can be caused by excessive styling, especially if you have fine or coarse hair. It can be fixed up with a little TLC! After shampooing try using a conditioner with echinacea-that will coat hair to seal splits. *Blow-dryers are tough on hair too. Try aiming the nozzle at your roots and the midlength of your hair, aviodjng your ends, so you don't burn them. *One more quick idea: try and let your hair air-dry as much as possible! |
