We got some food into him, regaled him
stories about exactly how gosh darned much fun he'd have
as a married man (not that any of us could say
first-hand; what we know we know by watching, and an
informal poll shows we like it that way (but then,
there's a very thin, but very deep, voyeuristic streak in
this family)) and then we started with the gifts. The
vast majority aren't fit for general consumption (sorry,
but we have to have SOME fun) but he did love this tie I
got him. "Bro, this is fantastic! Hill's got an
office party next week. This'll be perfect!!" Just as I knew it would be. . . |
