brief history: "Hello, my name is Lady Atti Rend. I
was born a fighter, and that was lucky for me considering that I
was born while my parents were slaves. The slavemasters were a
harsh bunch. So harsh in fact that they made me (at the tender
age of 4) watch as they savagely killed both of my parents out
of shear boredom. I tried to escape many times, but they found
me every time and gave me a more savage beating than the last.
This went on until I was the human equivalent of age 16, it was
then that I was freed by a young lord named Rend. "Rend felt pity for me, so he offered me a place to stay in his castle. I was happy and accepted this invitation, and soon I found myself hopelessly in love with Lord Rend, but I was afraid to let him know how I really felt. Finally one day I got up enough courage to come right out and tell him. I was surprised and overjoyed to hear that he felt the same way about me. "The years that followed were filled with happiness for the both of us. Lord Rend loved to travel, so we went on many trips to many different places. On one occassion we met a lovely princess named Eleni who was the proud mother of several beautiful children. Sadly she was dying so she asked the lord and myself if we would take her sons (Remy, Andrew, Matthew, & Erik), and her daughters (Sarah, Misa, Nina, Kali, & Lydia) with us and become their adopted parents since she had no one else to care for them. Lord Rend and I agreed and brought the children back to Castle Rend, and a short time later the children were joined by the birth of Baby Rend (Alysha).
"It was shortly before the birth of Remy that I met the mighty
WhirlWind and the very lovely Starshine, and some of the other
KOD members. I did lose contact with them several times, but
they always managed to find me again, and it was them that
brought me to the KOD." |
