The sales group required a web-based version of the paper form which was being used to keep track of the availability of employees. This form was used in aiding sales to match Atos Origin employees with potential contracts.
Employees of the firm Atos Origin are assigned to specific sales representatives. The web-based application was to keep track of employee specifics, including vacations and training sessions, providing both a general as well as specific overview of the employees for each sales representative. The application was also to keep track of the actions that must be carried out for employees, and was to remind the party responsible through email before the action's deadline was passed.

  • Design and create a database for the new sales application.
  • Link the new database to the existing employee database.
  • Create a web-based sales application based off of the paper form currently being used.
