| A LITTLE ABOUT OWEN |

| Owen was born on Monday, May 28th, 2001 (Memorial Day) at 5:03 P.M. He weighed 9 pounds, 11 ounces and 21 inches. He had chubby cheeks and just a little bit of hair, but he was so beautiful. Owen came via C-section after 17 hours of labor and 3 hours of pushing. I guess he just didn't want to come out the right way. When Owen left the hospital, he weighed 8 pounds, 13 ounces. He lost a little bit of weight! Poor guy! He also had a pretty bad case of Juandice and had to be put on a Billie Blanket for 3 days. The top picture on the right is Owen right after he was born with Daddy! Isn't he huge?! The picture below is Owen ready to go home from the hospital on May 31st, 2001. |

| Owen's first month wasn't too exciting. It consisted of sleeping, eating and going to the bathroom. As you can see from the pictures, he loved to sleep! |

| This month Owen was much more alert, than the first. He began to smile (first smile on July 9th, 2001). He also slept through the night on July 8th, 2001. And Mommy's favorite laughed aloud on July 26th, 2001. It was so cute! So, far Owen's favorite thing to do is take a bath, he just loves relaxing in the water. He is also very fond of having his legs and feet rubbed with lotion! |

| Owen is beginning to be tons of fun. Laughing, giggling, smiling & cooing all the time. He is our little social butterfly! This month Owen flew on an Airplane for the first time to visit our family in Maine (July 31st, 2001)! |

| ~Four Months~ Weight: 15 pounds, 5 ounces Length: 25 1/2 inches |
| Owen got his first professional pictures done at Wal-mart (September 4th, 2001). He was such a good boy, he smiled and everything! I was very proud. Owen is just beginning to grab at his toys. He seems to like the ones on his bouncy seat the best! He still loves bathtime and lotion afterwards, but also loves to go for walks in the Park. |

| ~Five Months~ Weight: 18 pounds, 8 ounces Length: 26 inches |
| Owen is growing so fast. The time is really going by quickly. Everyday he is learning or doing something new. He went to his first Ice Hockey Game on October 27th, 2001. He was so good, he loved watching everything that was going on around him. Suprisingly, he even fell asleep for about a 1/2 hour! |

| Oh, my baby is growing up to be a little man. Owen loves to chat, giggle, laugh and play. This month he finally rolled over (November 30th, 2001). He has done it several times since the first, both ways! He had his first Play Date on November 29th, 2001 with 3 other little girls and 1 boy. Owen didn't seem interested in the babies at all! We started Owen on solids (November 20th, 2001). First, veggie was Squash. He seems to like them. Owen has also had Pears, Peaches & Green Beans. |

| ~Seven Months~ Weight: 20 pounds, 12 ounces Length: 27 inches |
| This month has been very busy for our little guy. He is still doing wonderful with his solids. Likes everything, but Peas. We are planning on starting Meats next week. Owen is rolling around like crazy. You can not keep him still. He has to touch everything and anything he can get his hands on or into! He just started sitting up and is doing great. Still working on crawling, but I know he will have it down pat soon. Owen had his first playdate with TLOL Buddy Myles. He had lots of fun giggling and poking him. It was so cute to watch!! |

| Owen has a new tooth that just came in on the bottom. He is doing very well with eating his Meats & is now on Stage 2. He is using a sippy cup for his meals & has just started eating finger foods. His favorites are the Gerber Apple Chips & Veggie Wheels. He is working really hard on crawling, but so far only does the inchworm. The end of this month Owen gets to visit his family in Maine. We are all looking forward to it. Some of our family hasn't seen Owen since he was 3 months!! |

| ~Nine Months~ Weight: 21 pounds, 14 ounces Length: 29 inches |
| Owen has been one busy boy the last month. He went to Maine for a visit with Family & Friends, also got to meet his cousin Jordan (DOB 1/1/02) for the first time. He started crawling & pulling up on everything, as well as getting 3 more teeth. That makes a grand total of 4, so far! Owen also got his first Cold, along with an Right Ear Infection & the start of Broncitis. Poor little guy! He babbles "mum ma", "da da" & "ba ba", but doesn't really know what he is talking about. It is really cute though!! |

| Not a whole lot new with Owen. He is crawling & getting into everything. Can't keep him in one place. He still has an Ear Infection, but it is getting better. One of Owen's favorite games is to play in the cupboards & throw all his baby food on the floor. Than, Mommy gets to clean it up!! It is lots of fun for everyone!! LOL |

| ~Eleven Months~ Weight: 23 pounds, 0 ounces Length: 29 inches |
| Owen has been a busy boy. He is always on the go, can't even sit still for a diaper change or to get dressed. Which can get annoying for Mommy & Daddy. He is really trying to walk, but is still a little nervous about it. He will take a couple steps, but gets scared & starts to crawl. Still doing great with eating, he has been eating a lot more on his own. Which is a big help to Mom & Dad. Also, has two more teeth. For a total of 6 teeth. |
