| ~*~A LITTLE ABOUT GAYLE~*~ |

| Gayle was born on the 28th of April, 2001. She was born on her Daddy's 40th Birthday. Isn't that cool!? Her big brother, Kyle, turned 14 the day before. She was born at 8:33 A.M., after Momma had endured 28 hours of labor. Gayle had to be pulled out with forceps and needed suctioning and oxygen. But she has her Daddy's drive and determination and it wasn't long before she was thriving! |

| ~One Month~ Weight: 8 pounds, 10 ounces Length: 20.75 inches long |

| Although she spent much of the time sleeping and eating, she was always alert and watching the world around her. She is such a happy baby! Always ready with a quick smile and a giggle. Gayle continues to grow like a weed. |

| ~Two Months~ Weight: 11 pounds, 0 ounces Length: 23 inches long |

| Wow, big girl! Looks like she will be tall like her Momma. And she seems to also have inherited her Momma's appetite! Don't know how good a thing that is. |
| ~Three Months~ Weight: 12 pounds, 8 ounces Length: 24.25 inches long |
| Gayle is getting much more involved with the people in her little world. She just adores her Momma & Daddy. And she thinks those cats are just to die for. This month signaled serveral firsts. It was the first time she sat up in her highchair and also the first time she tried out her walker. She loved 'em both! |

| ~Four Months~ Weight: 14 pounds, 3 ounces Length: 24.25 inches long |

| No longer, but definetly chubbier. Gayle started learing how to eat "real" food this month. She loved it, but took awhile to master the art of doing it neatly. She and Momma went on a car trip (about 2 hours) to visit Grandma & Grampa. They hadn't seen her since she was 6 days old and her Aunt Michele was meeting her for the first time. She even got to meet her Great-Aunt Eleanor. How fun! |

| ~Five Months~ Weight: 15 pounds, 7 ounces Length: 25.5 inches long |

| This is the month Gayle learned to roll over. It didn't come easy to her, but after much frustration and practice, she nailed it. Then she bacame a rolling machine.....rolling all over the livingroom. Still needs more work on the eating thing, though! |

| Gayle's big accomplishment this month was learning to keep her balance once Momma or Daddy had put her in a sitting position. And boy, did she ever love it! No more lying down for this baby---she NEEDS to see the world! |

| ~Seven Months~ Weight: 17 pounds, 11 ounces Length: 27.5 inches long |
| Gayle can now roll over, sit herself up, crawl and pull up to a standing position. She has also mastered the sippy cup. This is a month of new food experiences, too. Gayle thinks Gerber's Zweilbeck Toast is great. Stage 2 foods are a hit, too! **(Seven Month Pictures are on the way!)** |
