"The Malevolence One" Iniquity w/Doomsday
versus
"The Man of Darkness" Fear
Falls Count Anywhere Match
Referee: Grant August
[Iniquity, who remains standing tall in the centre of the ring,
watches the ramp area very expectantly, eyes fixed on the titan tron
area as he clenches his jaw and plants his hands on his hips. There
is a moment or two of silence in between the end of Iniquity's
entrance music, and the opening of Fear's entrance music, that booms
to a roar, sending many of the fans into an excited frenzy.]
Sully: Here we go!
JP: And here comes the man that tried to
assault the Presi- Well, he DID manage to assault the president of
the MWF!
Sully: How can you call it an assault? I
don't know how you can possibly call it an assault, JP!
JP: The man made an attempt to hurt the man!
Sully: Key word, here. 'attempt'.
JP: And here they are, cheering the man!
Sully: They're the true fans! Not the fair-weather fans! They're
the ones that have stuck with the legend that is Fear throughout
thick and thin! Throughout the good times and the bad! The ones that
have been with him since the UWF! That have followed him past that,
and have always been there! Those are REAL fans!
JP: Well, that doesn't go for all of them.
Not all of them here love that violent and bad-tempered man.
Sully: Yeah, but you can't ignore the
reception he's getting right now!
[Fear moves his way down the ramp as the mist created by the
pyrotechnics clear to reveal a very pumped-up and ready-looking Fear.
Fear pauses half way down the ramp before running towards the ring,
the fans getting excited as he slides beneath the bottom rope. The
bell rings and Iniquity greets his entry with a boot to the crown.
Fear turns and rolls beneath the bottom rope, backing away from the
ring, holding his face in both hesitation and shock at the opening
that this match took. The majority of the audience get behind
Iniquity who crouches down, gesturing towards Fear, who looks very
reluctant, despite the referee calling at him to enter the ring.]
JP: Hah! Fear was in and out of that ring
like a shot as Iniquity builds up the audience's support!
Sully: That was such a cheap shot! He didn't
even let him get into the ring, JP!
[Fear walks about a bit, the referee bellowing the count before
Fear slides under the top rope. Iniquity is on him immediately,
grabbing him by the head and hauling him up before delivering a huge
right hand to the skull of Fear. Fear stumbles into the corner.
Iniquity takes the initiative and slams his shoulder into the face of
Fear, who is thrown against the turnbuckle before stumbling forwards.
Iniquity surges forwards and slams his opponent down onto the back of
his neck with a huge clothesline. Fear hits the canvas hard with the
back of his head and shoulders before sitting up quickly, crying out
and holding his back as Iniquity looks to continue with the damage,
moving forwards in an attempt to pull him to his feet. Fear seems to
decide that, at this point, enough is enough and lands a shot to the
gut area of Iniquity, that sends the big man stumbling back a step or
two, loosening his grip enough for Fear to struggle free. Fear backs
into the ropes behind him and takes advantage of Iniquity being bent
over, slamming a his lower arm into the small of his back. Iniquity
seems largely unaffected and straightens up, glaring at Fear. Fear
looks unsure and moves to strike the man across the face again, but
Iniquity stands back up again, grabs Fear by the collar and throws
Fear across the ring to massive applause. Fear skids across the
canvas before, on his hands and knees, looking up towards him. ]
JP: Fear having real difficulty getting a
foothold in this match!
Sully: He's not having difficulty! He's just
settling in, that's all!
[Fear stands up again, biting his lower lip before going into a
grapple with the huge man. Iniquity shoves Fear backwards into the
turnbuckle and tightens his hold on his neck there before raising a
large hand and slamming it onto Fear's chest. Fear stumbles forwards
out of the corner and Iniquity goes to follow up with a clothesline.
Fear ducks beneath the clothesline and manages to catch the big man
off balance to land a neck breaker! Fear stands up again and so does
Iniquity, who holds his neck. Fear slams a huge hand on the man's
chest, chopping furiously and backing him into the ropes with the
chops. Fear backs back and bounces off the ropes opposite before
clotheslining both of them over the top rope, him hitting the canvas
before Iniquity, who lands nearby. Fear stands up, shortly before
Iniquity, who manages to get to his feet eventually. He goes to thump
a forearm into the shoulder of the crouching Iniquity before trying
to swing him into the steel steps. Iniquity uses his strength,
however, and flings Fear into them, who hits them hard, causing them
to shift.]
JP: Oh man! What impact!
[Fear cries out, back arched as he moves onto his hands and knees,
head lowered. Iniquity strides towards him and grabs onto his head
before shoving him towards the ring, the fans chanting the big man's
name. Iniquity celebrates before moving into the ring and laying over
for the cover.12. And he gets the shoulder up. Iniquity kneels up
and pulls Fear's head with him, standing up. He'd pull his own head
back before connecting it harshly with Fear's head. Fear falls on his
back hard and holds his head.]
JP: What strength in the head of Iniquity!
Sully: That's 'cause it's all muscle, and no
brain, JP!
JP: Well, Iniquity seems to know enough to
not let Fear recuperate, always on the attack here!
[Fear struggles to hook his arm around the rope for support as he
struggles to stand and Iniquity moves to grab him by the back of the
neck. Fear takes advantage of the angle, however, and lands a sharp
low blow with his foot, to the lower midsection of Iniquity, who
stumbles backwards before dropping onto his knees. The fans hiss but
the referee remains oblivious to the truth in what happens as Fear
takes advantage of the man on his knees and lands a dropkick to the
face of Iniquity. Iniquity rolls back and Fear scrambles forwards for
the cover, hooking the huge leg of Iniquity. 12..And Iniquity
manages to get the shoulder up after recovering from the stun of the
drop kick.]
Sully: Oh no! That was so close!
JP: Fear almost had it once with that cheap
shot, there!
Sully: It was a drop kick, JP! A standard
move!
JP: Oh, and low blows are standard as well,
I presume?
Sully: Low blow? What low blow?
[Fear drives his head into the side of Iniquity's head as he
kneels there, before standing and attempting to haul Iniquity up with
him. Fear leans him against the ropes, teeth bared as he shoves the
big man's throat into the ropes viciously. The referee with the
count, ushers Fear off Iniquity. Iniquity remains dangled on the
ropes and Fear moves back, running forwards and leaping in an attempt
to land on Iniquity who remains leaning on the ropes. Much to the
audience's relief, Iniquity rolls backwards and Fear ends up hung up
on the second rope, looking in pain. Iniquity stands up, runs
forwards and thumps Fear so hard that he rolls off the rope, hits the
apron and lands on the outside. Iniquity sits back in the ring as
Fear, outside of the ring, comes to his senses, one hand groping for
the apron dependently. Fear would pull himself into the ring, holding
his now-bleeding face as Iniquity struggles to his feet, still
suffering from the dizziness caused after the blow to the head.]
JP: Both men have taken so much out of each
other in such a short space of time!
[Fear rolls into the ring, holding his face as both men struggle
to their upright positions. Iniquity goes to throw the first punch,
but somehow, Fear manages to get out of the way, turn around and land
a boot to the gut followed by a huge elbow, executing the FEAR
FACTOR! Iniquity goes down heavily, neck hurt and Fear goes for the
cover. 12Iniquity kicks out! Fear kneels up, his head in his hands
as he stares forwards in disbelief. He moves over towards the
referee, getting up in his face and yelling at him. The referee backs
off and this gives Iniquity time to stand. As Fear turns back to
Iniquity, he walks straight into Mischievous Sprite!! Fear is out for
the count. Iniquity goes for the cover.123!! Iniquity stands up,
raising his arm as Fear rolls towards the edge of the ring.]
Peter Santos: And your winner, through pinfall, Iniquity!
