MWF Xtreme Champion: "Homidical Creep" The Grudge

versus

"El Mexicano Condena" Leandro w/Jimmy Pez

MWF Xtreme Championship Match

Referee: Chad Pattison

Writer: Steven Avigne

JP: We open this pay per view with the Xtreme title match, having Leandro facing off against the current Xtreme champion and Kovenant member The Grudge. We have all seen that Leandro has turned out to be a massive force in the MWF, having an undefeated streak, including wins against the up and comer Father John Ramsey.

Sully: And with the tension that he and Steven Douglas have been having lately, it seems as if he is wanting to stir things up within the Kovenant.

JP: How do you see this one ending up?

Sully: I can't tell yet, Leandro is a massive man and doesn t seem to have many if any at all weaknesses, however I think I ll give the champ the benefit of the doubt, if only because he is champ.

Peter Santos: The following contest is scheduled for one fall and it is for the MWF Xtreme championship! Entering first, the challenger, being accompanied to the ring by Jimmy Pez, from Tijuana, Mexico, "El Mexicano Condena", Leandro!

[The beast of a man Leandro enters from the backstage area with a mean look on his face, alongside his mouthpiece Jimmy Pez. The men walk down the ramp, with Leandro almost shaking the ramp itself, before arriving at the ring. Pez walks in through the ropes after climbing the stairs, while Leandro goes on the ring apron and right over the top rope. When both get in the ring, Pez starts yelling at Leandro with words of encouragement.]

Peter Santos: And his opponent, weighing in at two hundred thirty five pounds, from Miami, Florida, he is the MWF Xtreme Champion, The Grudge!

[The Grudge comes out without any of his Kovenant brothers, with his Xtreme title around his waist taunting Leandro, showing him that he s not scared. Leandro keeps the angry look on his face as Jimmy Pez taunts The Grudge right back. As the Grudge walks to the ring, he orders referee Chad Pattison to send Pez to the outside of the ring. Reluctantly, Pez does as he s told and goes to the outside of the ring, but does not go easy at all. The Grudge rolls into the ring, then gets on the second turnbuckle to show off his belt. After he finishes, he gives the referee his belt, the bell rings, and the two men stare at each other, before The Grudge runs at Leandro to clothesline him, only to bounce right off him. Although they are almost the same size, Leandro has zero percent body fat and doesn't even move from the clothesline.]

Sully: God! You cannot deny Leandro's power!

JP: He's three hundred forty pounds of sheer muscle.

[The Grudge kicks Leandro in the private area, and because this is an Xtreme match, it is allowed. Leandro goes down to the mat, holding his groin in pain, as The Grudge connects with a series of kicks to Leandro s head and back before dropping with an elbow. After hitting the elbow, he gets on his knees and begins pummeling Leandro with punches to the head. The referee goes to a four count before he breaks the illegal punches up, holding his hands in the air like he s innocent.]

JP: What a cheap shot by The Grudge, and then with the illegal punches, that's dishonorable.

Sully: He wants to retain his belt, I can't blame him.

[After doing so, The Grudge rolls to the outside of the ring, where Jimmy Pez is seen yelling at him, but when The Grudge goes to confront him Pez runs. The Grudge chases after him around the ring at least three times until the Xtreme champion is caught with a steel chair to the head as he is running by Leandro. Seems as if all the time it took running was enough for Leandro to get himself together, grabbing a chair from under the ring in the process.]

Sully: Did you hear that smack?

JP: It rang throughout the ears of everyone here, that s for sure.

[Leandro grabs The Grudge by the throat, bringing him to his feet, but The Grudge rakes the eyes of Leandro making the Mexican Convict fall backwards. The Grudge charges at Leandro with another clothesline, this time knocking him down on the outside floor. With Leandro down, The Grudge looks under the ring apron to find a weapon of some sort, pulling out a ladder. He takes the ladder and sets one end up on the edge of the ring, and the other on the barrier, suspending it in the air. After grabbing Leandro by the hair, he punches him with a clean right fisted blow to the chin, knocking Leandro senseless. The Xtreme champion pushes Leandro onto the ladder, setting his large body straight with the ladder. The Grudge then gets to the ring apron, then climbs to the top turnbuckle.]

JP: He's not going to jump that, it'd be suicide!

Sully: And homicide at the same time!

[As The Grudge goes to jump off, Jimmy Pez goes to the apron and shoves The Grudge off, sending him to the canvas inside the ring. The Grudge hits the mat hard as Pez runs over to Leandro, smacking him in the face a few times in an attempt to wake him up. As he slaps him, Leandro wakes up, but thinking that it was The Grudge hitting him, he clocks Pez accidentally in the mouth, knocking him to the ground, leaving him motionless. As Leandro gets his senses together, he gets off the ladder and sees what he has done. Showing an emotion regarding embarrassment, he rushes into the ring in anger. With The Grudge on his feet and trying to recuperate in the corner, Leandro rushes in at him and hits a stinger splash, making a sandwich with the turnbuckle on one side, Leandro on the other, and The Grudge in the middle. This makes the Xtreme Champion fall to the mat, and as he does Leandro goes for a pin fall. 1...2...kickout by the champion!]

JP: Leandro absolutely crushed the Xtreme Champion!

Sully: Grudge will come back, trust me, that's why he's champ!

[Leandro wastes no time and brings The Grudge to his feet, lifting him up high in the air and keeping him there for a massive stalling suplex.]

JP: He's been up there forever!

[During the long period of time Grudge is in the air, he enables himself to gain leverage, falling back down but instead of landing on his feet, he decides to turn the stalling suplex of Leandro's into a DDT of his own, swinging his legs from the air downwards and bringing Leandro s head to the mat. The Grudge falls over the body of Leandro for a pin count, 1...kickout by the monster. The Grudge brings Leandro back to his feet, hitting him with multiple punches, forcing him to the corner. As Leandro rests in the corner, The Grudge goes after him with a series of punches to the head and midsection before going to the second rope. As it seems he is going to perform the ten punch, he eyes someone standing in the entrance way of the ramp.]

JP: It's Steven Douglas! What is he doing out here?

[Douglas walks down as The Grudge looks confused, wondering what he is doing here. Steven goes to the ringpost that The Grudge is in and jumps on the apron, handing him a pair of brass knuckles. The Grudge smiles, knowing he brought them out to make the ten count punches that much more dangerous. As Douglas exits to the backstage, he walks backwards up the ramp as The Grudge puts the brass knuckles on. He begins pounding the head of Leandro, one punch, then another, then another. By the time Douglas is backstage again, Leandro's entire head is covered with blood, as is his midsection The Grudge's hands, and his chest as well.]

JP: Damn that Douglas!

Sully: Now that's good teamwork!

[The Grudge jumps off, letting Leandro fall to the mat, seemingly unconscious. Blood is pouring everywhere, a huge puddle on the mat getting larger. Referee Chad Pattison is debating whether or not to end it now, so after two minutes of Leandro not moving, he grabs his arm and brings it in the air. As he lets go, the arm falls to the mat, completely limp. The Grudge begins to laugh and actually takes a seat on the ropes tear the turnbuckle, setting his upper body on one end of the ropes and his legs on the other. He begins counting with the referee as Leandro s arm is raised once more, and again falls flat to the mat. Jimmy Pez is now back to his feet, still a bit shaken, and sees what is going on. Once Chad Pattison lifts Leandro s arm once more, Pez runs as fast as he can into the ring and tackles the referee to the outside of the ring, with Leandro s arm landing on the bottom rope.]

Sully: Where did Pez come from? I thought he was knocked out!

JP: He very well may have just saved this match for the Mexican Convict!

[Seeing this, The Grudge gets off the ropes and onto his feet, furious at Leandro s manager. He begins yelling at him, taunting him, and cornering him in the corner ringpost. Pez grabs the ropes, trying to keep away from The Grudge, but the Xtreme champion gets to his knees and begins yelling at him louder. After a bit of yelling, The Grudge cocks his arm back to punch Pez, but the motion is stopped midway. When The Grudge looks back to see what happened, a very mean, very bloodied Leandro is at his feet, pulling the Xtreme champion's arm back.]

Sully: He's back up! He's back in this match!

[Leandro picks The Grudge up by his arm, kicks him in the midsection, then picks him up in a military press.]

Sully: No way can he lift The Grudge like that!

JP: Never underestimate that man, he is ferocious.

[Soon after, Leandro walks over to the edge of the ring, then drops The Grudge outside the ring, on top of the still balanced ladder. The Kovenant member crashes onto the ladder, bouncing off afterward and falling to the outside of the ring. Pez runs over to get the pair of brass knuckles and hands them to the injured Leandro, telling him that it s time for payback.]

JP: Leandro's lucky to still be conscious after those punches with the brass knuckles, I've seen most men go down after one hit!

Sully: Conscious? You mean lucky to be alive!

[Leandro puts the brass knuckles on and heads to the outside of the ring where The Grudge is holding his stomach in utter pain. Leandro decides to pick The Grudge up to his feet, letting him stand on his own free will. Leandro goes for a fatal strike, but The Grudge manages to move away and instead push Leandro into the still suspended ladder. Leandro put so much force and speed into that punch that when he ran into the ladder, his upper body pulled him across, forcing him to flip over and onto the ground. The Grudge decides to rest on the ladder, trying to get back to strength after getting the wind knocked out of him when he was tossed over the rope. The Grudge picks the ladder up from its suspended position, then crashes the top end of it on the stomach of Leandro. The Mexican Convict rolls in pain, while The Grudge throws the entire ladder on top of Leandro. Once the ladder is down, The Grudge jumps in the air and lands a leg drop on the ladder, causing pain for himself, but more so for Leandro.]

Sully: That HAD to hurt!

[The Grudge gets back to his feet, holding his upper legs in pain, while also moving the ladder off Leandro. After doing so, he grabs the challenger by his hair and throws him back into the ring, where on the other side, Pez is going ballistic. The Grudge rolls in as well, putting his arm over "El Mexicano Condena" for a pin cover, 1...2...kickout, but barely, from the challenger.]

JP: He kicked out!

Sully: Where did he find the energy to do that?!

[Extremely frustrated, The Grudge gets to his feet and starts absolutely pummeling Leandro, using kicks, punches, even spitting on him. Not knowing if that would be enough, he grabs Leandro by the head and Irish whips him into the corner, then charges at him with a spear to the solar plexus. He grabs onto a rope on either side of the ringpost, pulls back, then charges in again and again. After getting in his share of spears, he uses all of his remaining strength to pull Leandro to the top turnbuckle. After Leandro is seated, The Grudge goes to the second rope and again begins with the ten punch. Punch after punch lands, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, and just as he is about to hit his tenth punch, Leandro grabs him by the throat, puts his feet on the second ropes, then slams himself and The Grudge down to the mat with a sit down powerbomb from the second rope.]

JP: That ring is going to buckle and collapse one of these days, I know it!

Sully: Yeah, if you get slammed in there anytime soon it will be, ya porker.

[Both men are down while the crowd chants, "Holy shit!" over and over. Neither men move much, both are struggling because of the pain, but neither make any large moves. Leandro eventually begins to move, trying to pull himself to the ropes for leverage to stand. His arms are the only thing moving him, and he is going slower than molasses. The Grudge seems completely dazed, with his lips moving but his eyes closed, and no words actually being said. The referee along with everyone else in the arena can only anxiously await to see who the first competitor up really is, and what they will do after wards. Both men, after a while, begin to stir more, with Leandro almost wrapping his hand around the bottom rope and The Grudge starting to move again.]

Sully: Neither men look like they're going anywhere soon!

JP: Leandro's almost to his feet while The Grudge is just waking up!

[Leandro reaches the bottom rope, holding onto it as if it was a lifesaver. He tries to pull himself up to the second rope, but slips, only to get back up again. Once he reaches the second rope, he rests his head on it, taking a quick breather. The Grudge is now making his way to his side of the bottom rope, but has a ways to go in order to catch Leandro. The Mexican Convict puts his right arm on the top rope, preparing to ascend to his feet, while The Grudge has now only reached the bottom rope and is beginning to pull for the second. Leandro grabs with all of his might with both arms, but is still unable to pull himself up. Eventually, Pez would have to come over and yell at Leandro in order to get him motivated, but afraid he ll get hit again, he does it from a little distance. The Grudge is now at the same level as Leandro, and both men pull to get to the top rope.]

JP: Both men struggling to get to their feet after this hellacious battle between two obviously deserving competitors!

Sully: Who ever gets up first may have the permanent advantage in this one!

[Leandro grips the top ropes again tightly and finally brings himself to the top rope, leaning on the rope but now on his feet. The Grudge also gets to the top rope, resting before going back into combat. At the same time, both men turn to look at the other, staring each other in the eye. They walk toward each other, still staring. The Grudge eyes Leandro's bloodied face, while Leandro sees the long blonde hair of The Grudge hiding his angry face. The Grudge makes the first move, connecting with a punch to Leandro s head, then the Mexican Convict strikes back, for a while the two of them exchange blows until Leandro blocks one of The Grudges, following that up with a kick to the midsection. He puts The Grudge's head under his legs, picks him up, then slams him down with a powerbomb before picking him back up for another.]

JP: His signature double powerbomb!

Sully: That hurts, no doubt about it.

[Leandro roars as he has The Grudge suspended in the air, the Xtreme champion begins punching Leandro in the head multiple times. but Leandro shakes it off and the ring shakes as Leandro sends The Grudge crashing down with the second of the powerbombs. The crowd explode with cheers as Leandro, wiping his hair off his blood stained face leans down and covers The Grudge, Chad Pattison counts ...1....2....3! The crowd roar as Leandro rolls away from the fallen body of The Grudge...as Jimmy Pez scrambles to get to his client.]

JP: He's done it! Leandro has won the MWF Xtreme Championship!

Sully: There goes "The Kovenant" and their dominance, that doesn't bode well for the rest of the night does it?

JP: That will be a blow to their confidence that's for sure....I'm not sure what they will do now.

Sully: They need Steven Douglas to come out firing, and they need The Grudge to recover quickly.

JP: The MWF Tag Team Championship match isn't that far away.

Peter Santos: And your winner, through pin fall, and new Maximum Wrestling Federation Xtreme Champion, Leandro!

[Leandro is handed his Xtreme title by referee Chad Pattison, he takes it and raises it to the crowd who roar in response and the dull roar of the crowd chanting "Leandro! Leandro! Leandro!" goes around the arena. Jimmy Pez smiles and laughs as he slaps his client on the back, they look down at where The Grudge stays down....his body a crumpled mess.]

JP: Well, there you have it.. An awfully destructive match, and a new XtremeChampion!

Sully: I can't believe it, JP.. This newcomer, this monster called Leandro is just going from strength to strength!

JP: He is truly an animal. Not many guys can just walk into the MWF and manhandle some of the talent like he has done these past few weeks.. He looks to be unstoppable, but wait--

Sully: What's he doing now?

[The Grudge is still down, as Leandro pushes the referee away as he tries to hand him the Xtreme Title. The official is sent roughly to the mat, as the Beast roars out to the crowd! His eyes look at the fallen Grudge, as the UK fans cheer on the animal.. Leandro crouches down in the corner, fumblng around with one of his boots. After a few moments, the Mexican Convict pulls out the most brutal looking brass-knuckles you've ever seen! The crowd gets loud, as Leandro gets a disturbed look in his bloodshot eyes, slipping on the unique knuckles.. Four large steel spikes are protruding from the brass, each one about an inch or two long!]

JP: He can't be serious!

Sully: If Leandro nails The Grudge in the face with those knuckles, he will have four permanant holes in his forehead!

JP: Get security down here, quick.. We can't allow this kind of violence to be aired!

Sully: Leandro is a dangerous guy, I dont know who's gonna stop this.

[The fans remain loud as Grudge is still down, not realizing the pain that awaits him. Slowly, Leandro towers across the ring towards him clenching the fist with the insane knuckle-dusters.. , Jimmy Pez runs gets between the two, talking to Leandro and urging him to put the knuckles down. Leandro keeps focused on Grudge's fallen body, and punishing him more, as Jimmy is trying to push him back. The little man has no chance, but suddenly the Beast's eyes are taken to the ramp]

Sully: What's he doing here?

["The Enervator", Steven Douglas is out on the stage causing many jeers from the crowd. He has the Television Championship over one shoulder and a mic in hand. He ignores the crowd, points a finger at Leandro and speaks in his rough voice..]

Steven Douglas: Stop right there, Leandro.. I know what you have planned for The Grudge, but it ain't gonna happen. You just stole gold from the Kovenant, and that's gonna cost you.

[The crowd buzz, as Leandro and Jimmy Pez both look up the ramp now. The Beast is watching with his fists clenched tight as Steven Douglas steps back and about a dozen or so security guards pass him, making their way to the ring. The Grudge rolls out, still holding his body in pain. The securit guards surround the ring, as Jimmy Pez grabs the Xtreme Championship and Leandro doesn't budge. He still has his eyes fixed on Douglas, as the twelve guards approach with the fans cheering for the Beast to lash out]

Sully: What's he gonna do now?

JP: I would hate to be the security guards!

[The Mexican Convict holds that cold glare, as Douglas is now joined by Grudge. Douglas smiles and holds up that middle finger, looking back at Leandro. As the guards come in closer, all preparing for the worst, the fans buzzing.. The lights suddenly drop out and we are left in complete darkness! After a few seconds, the house lights come back on and the fans roar! The security guards are standing in the ring, dumbfounded, looking around as Leandro, Jimmy Pez and the Xtreme Championship are nowhere to be seen! The smile from Douglas' mouth fades, as he too looks around. Both Douglas and Grudge waste no time in heading to the back, visually disturbed by what just happened]

JP: Whoah! Where the hell did they just disappear to?

Sully: I don't know JP.....it's a bit strange to say the least.

JP: Something tells me we will see Steven Douglas and Leandro clash soon, the tension is building.

Sully: "The Kovenant" must be worried, there plan for the evening to have total dominance of the MWF is slowly fading away.

JP: It will be up to Steven Douglas to make sure they stay on track to at least keep the MWF Television Championship....but Father John Ramsey can take heart from the fact that Leandro managed to over turn the dominance of "The Kovenant".

Sully: We're going to take a break, we'll be back after this with the MWF Television Championship on the line!
