Anarkist
versus
"The King" Sam King
MWF World Title Match
Referee: Charles Galliant
JP: I'm finding it hard to speak Sully, I am
so nervous just waiting for the start of this epic match.
Sully: Imagine how nervous Anarkist and Sam
King are...
JP: Anarkist has been through it all before,
he knows what he is doing.
Sully: Sam King's been in enough Dynamite
events to sink a battleship, but I suppose nothing really compares to
this.
JP: It's almost double the amount of noise
that Dynamite gives and no wonder as this is going to be one hell of
a match.
Sully: The predictions have been made, the
battlelines drawn and all those hurtful words will come to a close
here...
Peter Santos: Ladies and gentlemen, this match is scheduled for
one fall and is for the Maximum Wrestling Federation World Title!
[The crowd go wild at the mention of the belt, 'Anarkist!' chants
ring around the arena.]
Peter Santos: Making his way to the ring first, weighing in at
313 lbs., from Toronot, Canada, Anarkist!
[The crowd literally explode as "Papercut" by Linkin Park blasts
from the PA system and Anarkist strides through the entrance curtain,
ripping it down in the process...he drags the curtain with him and
throws it into the crowd.]
JP: Anarkist is angry, he's focused and he's
ready to finally capture the MWF World Title.
Sully: An angry man is a man likely to make
mistakes.
JP: Anarkist has made so many mistakes that
its about time he had some luck Sully!
Sully: You have to make your own luck in the
MWF...nothing gets handed to you on a platter.
JP: King got this shot on a plate...
Sully: But he worked his ass off for months
to become more than the MWF Xtreme Champion!
[Anarkist has reached the ring, he slides under the ropes and
walks over to the turnbuckle, he climbs up and raises both arms in
the air and the crowd nearby leap to their feet and salute the big
man.]
JP: I think the Chaotic Future is going to
be seen tonight Sully...
Sully: Don't be ridiculous, Sam King won't
be stupid enough to let Anarkist steal a march on him, you saw his
awareness in attacking Anarkist on Dynamite.
JP: But Anarkist repaid the compliment this
week, he beat Sam King with a steel chair!
Sully: King was close with that plank of
wood...
JP: I can't believe he missed!
Peter Santos: And the opponent, from Victoria, Texas, weighing
in at 240 lbs., the former MWF Xtreme and Tag Team Champion, "The
King", "The Dramatist" Sam King!
[The arena at the sound of "Not Enough" by Our Lady Peace goes up
in boos and jeers and slowly but surely Sam King walks through
flickering purple and gold lights to stand in the entrance way...he
looks at the empty curtain rail and then looks to the ring.]
Sully: This is going to be a night to
remember, the biggest prize in the MWF is on the line and I can't
wait to see what happens!
JP: Me neither, you can hardly hear yourself
think...it's sad, the man that so many used to love is now despised
as much as say Mark Rose was in his prime.
Sully: I don't despise King, I like this new
image.
JP: Only you could like an image such as Sam
King's!
[Sam King walks down the entrance ramp, the crowd jeering him as
he ignores them and stares at the waiting figure of Anarkist in the
ring...Anarkist is standing next to referee Charles Galliant...on the
arm of Peter Santos is the MWF World Title belt.]
Sully: There it is, the piece of gold that
these men are going to put each other through hell for.
JP: It will be one hell of a fight, because
these two men have been handpicked...they are believed to be the best
in the MWF right now.
Sully: And we've come to expect the best
from the best!
[King cautiosly steps into the ring, touching one foot on the
canvas, always looking at Anarkist as he treads gingerly into the
ring. He stands upright and the two men's eyes meet once again, the
crowd popping as Sam King turns away. King walks towards Peter Santos
and shakes the announcer's hand, Anarkist backs away to the opposite
side of the ring, preparing himself for the match as King takes the
MWF World Title from the arm of Peter Santos and raises it to the
crowd. The backlash from the crowd is incredible, bottles, cans,
everything is thrown into the ring as King goades the crowd and then
gives the World Title back to Peter Santos. King turns round and
finds the face of Anarkist right in his own, King looks startled as
Anarkist stares into the eys of "The Dramatist".]
JP: How can he have the audacity to even
consider taking the MWF World Title before he's won it?
Sully: He was simply testing the
water...
JP: Yeah, I'm sure, he's too damn cocky for
his own good.
Sully: How can these people hate a man who
is such a good wrestler?
JP: Quite easily Sully!
[The bell sounds and Anarkist and King are still standing toe to
toe...neither man giving and inch, Charles Galliant pushes them apart
and calls for a good clean fight, Anarkist nods but King charges
straight at Anarkist and knocks him down with a clothesline. Anarkist
is sent down to the canvas, laid out on his front...King grabs the
back of Anarkist's head and slams it forward so Anarkist's face is
driven into the mat. King mounts the neck of Anarkist and begins to
lock in a chinlock....but Anarkist resists and slowly but surely
stands up. King the smaller man, giving away seven inches is
powerless as Anarkist stands up and then falls backwards, crushing
King beneath him. Anarkist rolls off King and climbs to his feet to
the cheers of the crowd.]
Sully: I hope that isn't a sign of things to
come!
JP: Anarkist just dominated Sam King
there...you would have thought King would try and get the early
advantage, it's his only way of winning this match.
[Sam King is dragged to his feet by Anarkist, but King extends his
foot into the mid-section of Anarkist and then begins to hammer away
on the back of Anarkist, one punch, two punches, three punches, and
finally King walks back a few steps and launches a huge dropkick into
the side of Anarkist's head....Anarkist falls sideways and holds his
head as King taking Anarkist by the leg drags him to the centre of
the ring.]
Sully: Looks like Sam King's got a plan for
this match...
JP: Every wrestler has a plan for their
match, however it is very rare that the plans work out!
Sully: I think this one just might...
