"The Dark Conscience" Apache

versus

Genoside

Singles Match

Referee: Chad Pattison

Writer: Dom Stoate

JP: Well, Apache has certainly got a bright future here, that's for sure.

Sully: You always say that, JP. About everyone.

JP: With most people coming up through the MWF ranks, it's true.

[Apache waits in the ring as Genoside moves into the ring, eyeing his opponent glaringly as he ducks beneath the top rope and moves towards the centre of the ring, his music gradually drawing to a close.]

Sully: Why do you think they call him 'The Dark Conscience'? I mean. I thought your conscience was in your mind, not wrestling in a wrestling ring.

JP: Oh, c'mon. We've had more careless names than that in wrestling. What about 'Superfly' or 'The Game'?

Sully: Those are &endash;great- names!

JP: No more great than Dark Conscience. Speaking of which, this match is about to get under way, and Apache, like Genoside, is going to want to impress here tonight.

[The two stare each other down in the ring as the music draws to a close. The fans start to get behind both men in fact as the bell rings and the two lunge for each other. They lock up, but it is Apache that gets the upper hand, wrapping his arm around Genoside's head in a headlock and moving him towards the turnbuckle. Once they reach it, he would shove him against it hard before going to push against his neck with tensed and outstretched arms. The referee counts for the duration of the hold which is four seconds before Apache allows Genoside to stumble forwards away from the corner.]

JP: Apache leaping straight onto Genoside and locking him up in the corner, the referee seeing sense and breaking it up. Things really intensifying in the early stages of this match.

[Genoside and Apache face each other in the ring again, poised to lunge at each other as the referee steps back, allowing them to get an unobstructed view of each other. They dart again, locking each other up into the grapple. Apache is forced backwards by the pushing power of Genoside and is backed against the ropes. Instead of holding in the grapple like Apache did, Genoside nails him across the face with a right hook, followed quickly by a left.]

JP: Apache has a couple of inches on his opponent, but at the moment, it's looking like that doesn't matter, Genoside getting Apache against the ropes and bringing hard fists against his face.

[Apache eventually manages to struggle out of the hold, pushing against his opponent's face before getting the two back into the centre of the ring again. Apache would get the upper hand this time, grabbing and twisting the arm of his opponent before pulling him over, flipping him onto his back before dropping down, pulling his arm between his legs and keeping him locked him. Genoside screams in pain on the canvas as he is locked in, and Apache tightens the hold. He eventually lets him go, realising that he is not going to be able to make him tap out that way. The two get to their feet. Apache is quicker to his feet, Genoside clutching onto his arm and wincing as he holds it. Apache thunks a blow across his opponent's head, but Genoside keeps his feet. Apache hits another one. And then another before finally knocking Genoside backwards onto his back. Apache moves over towards him before stepping, cruelly, onto the man's ears, pinning him to the mat. The man thrashes his arms about and the referee counts. 1234.. Apache steps off the man's ears.]

JP: A rather cruel move by Apache. Cruel but effective.

Sully: There was no need for that.

[The audience hum with interest as Apache pulls him upwards to a standing position. Now, instead of clutching his arm, Genoside holds onto his ears, tears in his eyes. Apache leans him back against the ropes before pushing him towards the ropes. Genoside comes off them, and as Apache goes for the big boot, Genoside ducks beneath it, catching even the audience off guard. He'd face Apache again as he turns around before hitting an RKO-like cutter. The fans get a little bit more excited as he hits it. Apache lays out on the canvas, and Genoside scrambles over for the cover. 12.-Apache gets the shoulder up.]

JP: A close call for the Apache, almost caught out there.

[Apache would take things a little bit more seriously now, pulling himself up to his feet, moving away from Genoside before another quick attack could be landed. He'd stumble backwards into the turnbuckle, Genoside following after him. Genoside mounts the turnbuckle quickly, before throwing blows across the face of his opponent as he remains trapped. His head snaps to the side with every blow that the temp-roster wrestler lands.]

JP: One quick, snappy move later, and the match is totally turned around!

[Genoside lands a final blow to Apache's face before dismounting the turnbuckle, and letting Apache stumble forwards again. He would nail the larger man in the abdomen as he moves forwards before hooking his head and locking him up for what was going to be a suplex, but Apache manages to struggle out, thumping his opponent across the back of the head a few times before he is released. Holding onto the top of his head, Genoside would stagger about before turning straight into a shot to the gut, followed by a hook of the arms.]

JP: It's over!

[He would pause for a moment, before hitting Genoside with the Apache Driver! (Pedigree into spike piledriver.) He would roll his opponent over and go for a very casual cover. 1.23! The bell rings and he'd stand up, raising his arms in celebration. Barely a sweat worked up on his body.]

Peter Santos: And your winner, through pinfall, Apache!

JP: Well that was easy.

Sully: A walk in the park!

[He would head towards the outside of the ring as if leaving, but instead, he would move towards the ring apron and, reaching beneath it, he would pull out a heavy head stone. The fans, after knowing what he did last week, would begin to hum with excitement. His music cuts as he slides the head stone into the ring beneath the bottom rope before sliding in after it.]

JP: Oh no. There is no need for this.

Sully: Not again! He's a mad man, JP!

[In the ring, Genoside is struggling to his feet. Apache plants a foot on his side before forcing him down onto the canvas again. As Genoside lays down on the canvas again, Apache would turn, nudging the stone across the ring again, putting it in the centre of the ring again.]

JP: Somebody has to stop this. He can't do this again. Not again.

[He would drag him up to his feet again, before shoving his head between his legs in preparation for the finishing move once again.]

JP: This is wrong. Totally wrong.

Sully: There is no stopping him now.

[He would hook his arms as he had done before, before hauling him up and hitting him with the Apache Driver, causing Genoside's head to make a large crack through the stone. The fans sound appalled as Genoside doubles up on the canvas, his head bleeding profusely as he lays in a heap next to the stone.]

JP: Oh my god. He justhe just busted that kid wide open.

Sully: I think we could be seeing a chance in Apache, JP. He is not acting normally at all.

JP: It's hideous.

Sully: II know. It'ssorta scary.

[Apache, who looks well pleased with himself, turns and heads towards the outside of the ring again, his music hitting, and a big smile on his face as the medics run down the ramp, flooding past him to attend to the battered Genoside.]
