The Ginga
versus
"Man of Darkness" Fear
versus
"The Deadly One" Doomsday
MWF Television Championship No.1 Contender Triple Threat
Match
Referee: Chad Pattison
JP: Coming up right now, is the TV Title
Triple Threat No. 1 Contender's match!
Sully: Quite a mouthful, JP. There's some
history here. Last week, The Ginga defeated Fear when Fear went a bit
nuts, causing a DQ. And Doomsday beat Troy Knight just two weeks ago
in a non-title match.
JP: Right. Like him or not, Doomsday is a
powerhouse, and the wild card in this match.
Sully: Past experience has shown that
Doomsday can come big in big matches, there's the Knight match and
the tag steel cage match involving Caliko, NomaD and EyCe.
JP: How is that coming up big? Knight is a
great competitor, but Doomsday's win was due to Ace Spade's
interference. As for the steel cage match, with EyCe being a
non-factor, the battle was not fair to begin with.
Sully: The point is, JP, that Doomsday won,
and I think he can do it again tonight as long as Fear doesn't go
nuts and attack everyone.
JP: You have to be prepared for anything
coming from anywhere in the MWF.
Sully: True... but there are some, ... ah
well, who do you pick for this match, JP?
JP: Nice way of changing the subject. I'm
going to go with the Ginga. I believe he was cheated of a pinfall win
last week, and he will achieve it here tonight.
Sully: I have to disagree and go with Fear.
I think the nutcase will come up big again.
Peter Santos: Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is a
triple threat match scheduled for one fall, and it is a Number One
Contender's match to the MWF Television Title! On his way to the ring
first, from Florida and weighing in at 252 pounds, THE GINGA!!!
[The Ginga appears on stage and walks down the ramp to his music.
The crowd cheers as Ginga gets in the ring, and calmly awaits his
opponents.]
Peter Santos: And his opponent, from New York, New York,
weighing in at 310 pounds, "The Deadly One, DOOMSDAY!!!
["You Know You're Right" by Nirvana hits the speakers, and
Doomsday appears on stage in his crimson trenchcoat. The fans now
cheer Doomsday as he has earned their support over the last few
weeks. Doomsday enters the ring, staring at the Ginga, slowly
removing his coat as Santos introduces the next competitor.]
Peter Santos: Finally, from Bangor, Maine,
weighing in at 250 pounds, the Man of Darkness, FEAR!!!
["Quarter" by FUEL hits the speakers, and Fear appears on stage to
a chorus of boos. He yells at the fans, apparently very pissed off at
them for existing. He approaches the ring, and taunts both Doomsday
and Ginga, bringing them to his side of the ropes. He hand lashes
out, and he trips Doomsday to the floor, quickly entering on the side
of Doomsday opposite from the Ginga so that the Ginga can not get a
jump on him.]
JP: Dirty move by Fear there.
Sully: Yet, a lot more strategic than going
insane and attacking everyone at ringside.
[Ginga and Fear quickly exchange punches, reminding the fans that
their bad blood from last week is far from settled. Fear gets the
upper hand, and whips Ginga to the ropes, but Ginga ducks under the
incoming clothesline. Ginga hits a flying lariat to knock Fear down
to the floor! Ginga "helps" Fear back to his feet, but then, both men
are taken down by a recovered Doomsday. Doomsday starts taking
charge, throwing Ginga to the floor with a bodyslam! He then lifts
Fear in a military press, and throws him over the top rope!]
JP: Doomsday just disposed of Fear, big
time.
[Chad Pattison is in the corner, checking on Fear. Doomsday tries
to whip Ginga to the opposite corner, but the Ginga reverses somehow,
and whips Doomsday into Pattison! Doomsday crashes into the ref,
causing him to crumble to the floor. Pattison is out cold, and
Doomsday uses Ginga's shock to clothesline him to the floor!]
JP: That leaves the door wide open for some
mayhem!
Sully: Wait, who's that!?
[The fans explode in cheers as Iniquity charges down the ramp, a
steel chair in hand. He blasts Fear with the chair, still running, as
Fear gets to his feet. Iniquity drops the chair, and yanks Fear up
into a piledriver position. He jumps, bringing Fear's head crashing
into the mat!]
Sully: DAMN THAT INIQUITY! He just took Fear
out of this match!
JP: It makes sense, doesn't it? Fear is his
opponent for Nightmare, AND an opponent for Iniquity's stable mate,
Doomsday in this contest.
[Meanwhile, Doomsday has full control of the Ginga. He whips him
to the ropes, and knocks Ginga down with a huge big boot. Doomsday
follows it up with an elbow drop, then calls for the SHOTGUN
BLAST!!!! He hooks Ginga's arms, but Ginga notices the ref is still
out and connects with a LOW BLOW!!! He charges at Doomsday and nails
a clothesline, but the big man is still up . He tries again, but
Dooms is still standing. On the third clothesline attempt, Doomsday
ducks low and hits a SPEAR on the Ginga! Doomsday calls for the
Lock-N-Load as Pattison recovers!]
Sully: This is gonna be it! Lock-N-Load time
for the Ginga!
[Doomsday lifts the Ginga up for a chokeslam, but Ginga swings his
leg into Doomsday's lower extremities! Doomsday goes to double over,
and Ginga takes the advantage to shift his place and bring Doomsday
down... RIGHT INTO THE GINGA STINGER!!!!!!!!!! He hooks a leg, ref
didn't see the low blow and counts...
.1...............2.............3!]
Peter Santos: Here is your winner, and Number One Contender to
the TV Title, The Ginga!
Sully: Damn it JP! It's all because of
Iniquity! Fear would have never allowed Ginga to steal one like
this!
JP: Iniquity's plan backfired - and Ginga
picked up the win!
[Ginga celebrates in the ring as Doomsday and Fear are still out.
The camera cuts to a commercial break.]
